Service Request: Please include as much detail as possible. Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.
After business hours? Call 905.683.7575 Service requests can also be submitted after-regular business hours and will be responded to within one business day. For after-hour service requests that may require immediate attention such as a stop sign down, road flooding, other possible treacherous conditions, tree preservation, injured or sick stray domestic animals please call 905.683.7575. Please note that on-street parking infractions are not considered an urgent matter, however, if the vehicle is blocking access to your driveway; please contact Durham Region Police Services at 905.683.9100. Other service requests will be responded to in one business day. Please remember, if the issue is about an immediate threat to safety please call 911 for emergency assistance.
